Position Description:
Ngage Management is a rapidly growing company that provides full-service association management to clients on a national level. Ngage is seeking a Graphic Communications Specialist to join our talented team of hard working and driven individuals. The Graphic Communications Specialist will be an integral part of a team supporting a multitude of clients on communications, marketing and design.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suites, with experience in social media, email marketing and content writing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design print publications, small flyers, brochures, prospectus, signage and social media/web graphics
  • Assist in the planning and creation of engaging client campaigns for membership, conferences and other related events
  • Social media facilitation and analytics for several clients
  • Create and execute communication plans to achieve client strategic goals
  • Assist in drafting content (e.g. press releases) for mass media or company website
  • Update and enhance client websites for usability
  • Assist in all other matters of client and company communications
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), social media platforms, and content management systems
  • Basic knowledge of printing and digital processes is required; additional knowledge is helpful
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients about design, format and time frames
  • Experience in web design and content production is a plus
  • Ability to balance competing projects on tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills are required; this position will work closely with a cross-department of employees, other departments, clients and volunteers
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, graphic design, public relations, marketing, journalism or related program is preferable
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience required
