Position Description: Ngage Management is a rapidly growing company that provides full-service association management to clients on a national level. Ngage is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our talented team of hard-working and driven individuals. The Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of a team supporting a multitude of clients on communications, marketing, and campaign strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop conference and membership campaign strategies with assistance from Director of Communications
  • Publication coordination (electronic and printed) including managing editorial calendars
  • Research current marketing trends and hashtags
  • Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance
  • Monitor social media for influencers and industry posts related to client field
  • Identify shareable articles, blogs and other content for social media
  • Track and report social media, email, and website analytics
  • Provide support in tracking client advertising and sponsorship deliverables
  • Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Assist in website updates, newsletters and design as needed

Qualifications:
  • Ability to balance competing projects on tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills are required; this position will work closely with a cross-department of employees, other departments, clients and volunteers
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling platforms, and content management systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients about marketing strategy and timelines
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, marketing, journalism or related program is preferable

Ngage is seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our talented team of hard-working and driven individuals. The Communications Coordinator will be an integral part of a team supporting a multitude of clients on content writing, strategy and membership communications.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Research and become immersed in the clients’ business, competitors, and category
    • Participate in team brainstorming and creative sessions to develop concepts for current and future brand campaigns
    • Layout and design client newsletters
    • Create shareable content specific to social networks to spread brand awareness
    • Develop website and blog content
    • Write and develop copy for a diverse range of marketing materials (brochures, emails, website, conference prospectus, membership renewals, etc.)
    • Edit and proofread all communications for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and style
    • Coordinate all communications initiatives with team including, but not limited to, media relations, writing, editing, digital content (website and social media), internal and external communications
    • Work on special projects, initiatives, promotions, and other programs as needed

    Qualifications:
  • Ability to balance competing projects on tight deadlines

  • Possess superior writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills, with a flair for creative writing and taglines
