Our clients are primarily small to mid-size state and national associations, non-profits and professional societies.

Tobi Lyon Moore

As owner and CEO, Tobi Lyon Moore, brings a lifelong passion for the power of community and more than 18 years of experience in all aspects of association management, philanthropy and marketing. In founding Ngage, Tobi sought to create an association management firm, with a loyal and engaged staff that had the diversity of knowledge and skills to provide small associations with the services that large associations have for their members. She was devoted in creating a work environment that is energizing and rewarding to both the clients and employees of Ngage. Tobi is widely recognized for her expertise in developing innovative leadership models, organizational growth strategies and partnerships to advance association mission. Tobi earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration at Mount Mercy College and MBA at the University of Iowa. Tobi’s professional honors and awards received have included being Named the 10 over the next 10 from the Lansing Chamber of Commerce—2010; Named the Top 40 under 40 in Wyoming Who Made A Difference—2008; Outstanding Business Woman and Leadership Award—2012; Outstanding Community Service Award—2007; and Leadership Excellence Award—2004. Tobi was born and raised on a ranch in rural South Dakota and in 2008 moved to Lansing, Michigan where she calls home. When Tobi isn’t being passionate for associations or volunteering in the community, you will find Tobi spending time with her husband Bil and dog Milo, kayaking, golfing, running or riding motorcycles. Tobi has served as Executive Director for the following associations: ANA-Michigan, Iowa Nurses Association, Michigan Association of Ambulance Services, Michigan Association of EMS Practitioners Association, South Dakota Nurses Association, Nurse Practitioner Association of South Dakota, South Dakota Pharmacist Association, Wyoming Council for Advanced Practice Nursing and Wyoming Nurses Association.


Kristen Taylor has earned her association management and event stripes over the past two decades working with non-profit and membership organizations. She brings experience in events, grant writing, membership campaigns, generational marketing and fund development. She has a wealth of experience producing events both for local and nationally recognized non-profits and associations. As a seasoned event director, Kristen has produced events for large concerts, conferences, fundraisers, and educational trainings. This variety of experience provides Kristen with a depth of expertise to carefully determine thoughtful and technical answers to event flow and operations to deliver impactful results. Kristen has a huge heart for the underserved population that is diagnosed with mental illness. For the past four years, she has served as the Michigan NAMIWalk Manager and consistently motivated NAMI chapters to generate over $100,000 annually; because of Kristen’s efforts, the Michigan NAMIWalk was named a Top-10 NAMIWalk by NAMI National. She worked with event VIP’s, including actress Mariel Hemmingway; Congressman Patrick Kennedy; Former NFL player, Greg Montgomery and The Soloist journalist and author, Steve Lopez. Exceptional at wearing multiple hats, Kristen responds quickly to clients and is adept at handling changing circumstances while always maintaining an upbeat, can-do attitude. Kristen will tell you she finds her energy with people. She believes she can find common ground with anyone to build a trusted relationship and, most importantly, put people first. Kristen will bring a pleasant, calm and helpful demeanor to ensure an amazing experience for you and your event attendees. Kristen has a degree in Computer Graphics and Animation and is working on a Bachelor of Science at Central Michigan University with a concentration on Community Development. She has also achieved GMS and CTA designations. Currently, Kristen resides in Lansing with her 20-year-old daughter and, when she's not planning meticulous events or handling client communications, you can find her practicing her culinary talents, aligning herself with prayer meditation, playing volleyball (yes, she’s still got it!) or helping her daughter run her own company to guide her music career.


Robin Cleveland has several years’ experience working with both statewide and national associations in varying capacities. In addition, she owned a customer satisfaction consulting company for eleven years, consulting for both business and non-profits on internal and external customer satisfaction, as well as designing and delivering training for clients. Robin holds a both a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management from Davenport University, graduating with Highest Honor, and an Associate Degree from Lansing Community College. Robin is married to Brian Johnston and has two adult children, one grandchild, and three cats. She enjoys numerous hobbies including photography, fiber arts, gardening, and travel.
